So next weekend-

We are taking DS to the city to see the tree, eat @ Mars 2112, and to a hockey game...

We are planning on driving- Does anyone have any tips for me?(like where is a good place to park?- we are planning on doing the tree & the restaurant and then driving to MSG, then home...) Any must haves to bring with me for Ry?

Is someone has specific directions to- that'd be great!

Near Rockerfeller Center, there are municipal parking spots, so you need to bring lots of change to put in the meter. If I remember correctly, its a quarter for 10-15 minutes.

Near MSG, I usually park in a lot on 35th bewteen 6th and Broadway, it's usually pretty reasonable but its a few blocks to walk.

See- does anyone know how the whole carseat thing in the cab works? Because I would have no problems taking the train- but then Im stuck- w/o being able to get a cab because of DS (since I obviously wont be carrying a carseat around...)

I could do the train and the subway I guess... anyone know what cars Id have to take?


* Also this may be a stupid question- but I dont need a carseat for the train and or suway -right?

I have taken a cab. I held DC on my lap. I didnt like that but I had no choice
