SO of course my mind is already on dinner... what are you having?
I'm making this Chicken Club Braid that I had once at a pampered chef party... its yummy! nice and fattening! LOL ... here's the recipe incase anyone is interested! Chicken Club Braid
2 pkgs of refridgerated cresent rolls 3 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained and chopped 4 oz swiss cheese 1/3 cup mayonaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley 1 clove garlic, pressed 2 plum tomatoes, sliced 1 egg white, lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 375 F. Unroll 2 pkgs cresent rolls; do not seperate. Arrange dough on Large baking pan. Roll dough to seal seams. Starting on longest sides of baking stone, cut sides of dough into eight strips, about 1 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches long. In bowl, combine chicken, bacon, 3/4 cup swiss cheese shredded , mayomaise, mustard, parsley and garlic; mix well. Using Large Scoop, scoop evenly over center of dough. Starting at one end take strips from either side and twist together and place on top of filling. Repeat with each pair until you reach the end. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

I never have any friggin time to cook on the weekdays. How do you ladies find the time. Yesterday i had pasta shells with mozarella cheese and sauce.
Tonight might be a grilled cheese sandwich with Salad.

If Fresh Direct doesn't get here too late, I'll be making chicken tacos. If not, I will be making whole wheat rigatoni with sausage.
