So proud of myself.
I feel so good right now. I finally feel I am on the right track.
I started my new lifestyle last monday 10/13.
I weighed myself today and I have already lost 5 lbs and an inch from my waist and and inch from my hips.
I have totally cut down on portions AND I started walking with my dog.
First 2 nights I was winded after a block. Well the last 2 days I have walked 2 miles each night. YAY!!!!!
And I did not even get winded.....
LOL 5 down 155 to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!
