Re: So scared
Well congrats on your BFP! I've been laying low for same reason, but I also got a BFP in September. It has been by far the longest and hardest two months of my life. I have been taking it surprisingly well, despite the fact that I am absolutely terrified I will miscarry again. My doctor said when I got a BFP again, he would see me at 6 weeks instead of 8 weeks. He also sent me for bloodwork the week before the 6 week sono to check all my levels. Our 12 wk appointment is next week and I am absolutely terrified that we are not going to see anything and I'm going to have to go through all of this all over again. However, this pregnancy has already been progressing so much differently than my last pregnancy. I'm already past the point where I miscarried last time (even though I had a D&C) and even though I literally freak out before every sono, it has seemed to be ok. I'm not going to lie. It has not been easy, but I take everyday one day at a time. You just have to believe that it is your time and you are meant to have this baby. Try to stay calm and take care of yourself. Things will work themselves out

Re: So scared
I know how you feel! I'm in the 2ww now, but even if this leads to a BFP I don't think I'll feel relieved until there is a baby in my arms. I see an RE so they check you like crazy with sonos and bloodwork. After two m/c's and 2 chemicals it's hard to feel excited when you know how quickly it can fade. It feels like each test/sono is a hurdle to get over rather than a happy milestone. everything works out for you and your fears ease with time.

Seriously .. I am right there with ya! People say they will feel better with a doubling beta .. a heartbeat.. getting beyond the first trimester ..Ok, BTDT My first step is to make it to 17wk3d which is further than I've ever made it with a pregnancy ... and THEN I will focus on getting the baby in my arms. I won't rest easy until then! (and then I'll be sleep deprived!)
