so the nutrionist just called me
if I am not covered, it is 80.00 an hour. If its not healthy, its not going in me. I told her to give me a month and let me see if I can get this thing under control.
She said it may also be my lifestyle change. This summer, I became a driver instead of the pedestrian that I was. I also lived in a hotel for 6 weeks with no kitchen.
Walking, fruit, veggies, and skim milk.

if you want, I can post the 2000 calorie GD diet i'm on- it's actually all good foods, healthy- might give you a good "template"... let me know if you want it.

Good luck Jan!!! You can do it! I gained 30 lbs so far, perhaps I should diet too!

I used this site babyfit.com to help me count calories and nutrient intake for a while. It really helped me track what I was eating.
