So the office just called - UPDATE
I was at my midwife's office last friday for my first prenatal care visit.
Spoke to the receptionist yesterday she said it looks like all my blood work came back normal.
Today receptionist calls me and says Barbara (my midwife) wants me to come in for more blood to re-run my HCG level.
So I asked is there something to be concerned about and the receptionist said "No, Barbara likes to do another blood test to verify the HCG has doubled".
But then why didn't Barbara mention that last Friday when I was there? Instead she said "make your next appointment for 3 weeks".
I hope everything is ok. 
***Update*** My midwife wanted to be sure my HCG Level at least doubled from Fridays bloodwork. Well, it went up 10x's what it was on friday. So, so far so good!!

 im sure everything is fine.....she probably forgot to mention it to you....try not to worry...I know its hard i would feel the same

Dont worry.. when i had a midwife (before she suddenly left the practice).. she made me get my HCG tested twice to make sure it doubled too. Might be a thing they do.

Thanks girls.
I'm leaving in a few for the blood work, thank gosh the office only takes 24 hours, I'll know tomorrow if everything is ok.

I know right, I googled to see what average numbers are and mine are falling right within average *whew* Although I guess we won't know till the first sonogram
