so the thought of a frozen banana sounded fabulous...
and now i have 3 frozen bananas and dont know what to do with them! how do i peel it? eat it? not one of my proudest moments.

Ok, what I would so is make what in mnay Spanish speaking countries "Choco-Bananos". You dip the banana in chocolate but not frozen. After they are dipped freeze them. They are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

uh oh!! You have to peel them before you freeze them!! I learned this the hard way also!! Its going to be a challenge to peel them but I have done it!!

I always freeze mine with the peel on. It is not a problem to peel them once they are frozen. Just leave it out for a minute or two and the peel will warm up and just slip right off. I like to use frozen bananas in smoothies.
