So upset!
I brought our long hair chihuahua MILO to the groomer today. I asked them to cut him a little bit shorter....he has this beautiful strawberry blonde hair with a lions mane. I go to pick him up and they shaved him!!!!!!THEY SHAVED EVERYTHING!!!!!!He looks horrible. Absolutly horrible. I am so upset. I am so worried it wont grow back!!!Will it grow back????????I cant even understand why they did this. He does not look like the same dog at all. I never thought I would get upset about something like this but I am really upset. And when I called to speak to the manager and express my unhappiness he was a total a$$ over the phone and told me never to bring Milo there again. LIke I would bring him back anyway. Sorry to complain!!!!

Where did you take him??
Is it a place you can complain to another manager?
Did you pay, I wouldn't have - especially if they did it wrong

I took him to the American Kennel in Albertson. I called to speak to the manager and he was really nasty even though his own groomer admitted it was a bad hair cut and she should have told me long hair chihuahuas should only be cut a certain way ect....he refunded the money but told me to never come back and was rude about the entire thing. I am just afraid it wont grow back and he will never look like he did before. Before this hair cut people use to tell me all the time how cute he was. My MIL and SIL just saw him and they asked what happened and think it looks really bad also  . I know this is a silly thing to be upset about and there are more important things in the world but I am just upset!!!!Thanks for listening.

The American Kennel Club on Willis Ave. in Albertson is totally unprofessional, I also had a negative experience with them and won't step foot in there ever again. Telling you not to come back? BEYOND RUDE! Bad haircuts happen, but the way they handled the situation is the real problem. Shame on them.
