So we want to sell our condo and know NOTHING about...
...choosing an RE to list or anything else about selling.
We have procrastinated for so long and now we just want out of our condo. We really want a house
How do we find a RE? And what are we in for in the selling process?

I would have recommend my REA that we used, but she does Nassau. Sorry.
I would ask for recommendations on here and then interview a couple and see who you are comfortable with. GL!
ETA: make sure your home is ready to be sold. neutralize your home, declutter your home and make sure it shows at it's best all the time. Lots of luck to you. I hope you sell quick and find the House of your dreams.

Decluttering has been the hardest part. We try to do it as much as possible but we need to move because we are running out of space (we don't have a basement or garage).
Sigh...

just a thought if you can, maybe you can rent a small storage unit and pack things up that you don't need right now. You will have to pack either way.  Just a thought to help out.
