So what else to make with pasta
I feel like making pasta is so boring....noodles and sauce. I have no idea what to make with it. DH doesnt really like veggies so i'm at a loss...help me out!!

we make a rachael ray pasta with fennel and sweet italian sausage... basically its just a cut up bulb of fennel, and onion and some garlic all sauteed. add a can of crushed tomatoes to it and mix it in with the pasta when thats all done. comes out really good, and not the typical pasta.
shrimp scampi is also really good and easy.
also- i know you said no veggies, but theres a pasta with broccoli and chicken thats great, too. and instead of a typical sauce, you use cream of mushroom soup.

-shrimp scampi over pasta
-with roasted tomatoes, garlic & white beans
-caprese (fresh mozz. & tomatoes)
-with turkey sausage, peas, & mushrooms
-with seafood (shrimp, mussels, clams in red brothy sauce.. or white wine sauce)
-alfredo with grilled chicken
-with meatballs stuffed with mozz.
-primavera
