CyberMonday is when most people shop online - their first day back at work after the holiday.
Most online shopping, and sporatic surfing happens while people are actually at work, not at home.
The website I manage (sells some items and has some other contest functionality) is busiest during working hours.

Online company I work for will usually just send out a typical "shop early for the holidays" themed email with a 10% coupon code.

You can actually get a lot of Black Friday deals online now. You don't have to go to the store.
I bought a Nikon D40x at a very good price last week. Only a couple of places online still have it at the price. Others have it at a higher price now.
I did buy a new monitor today on sale today though.
Best buy had crazy deals last week.
