So.. Whats for dinner??
Now that I'm on maternity leave.. I have no excuse not to cook.
I'm making baked chicken with roasted red potatoes.

Chicken Meatball and Dumpling Stoup. It's a Rachael Ray recipe and came out AWESOME.

store bought crab cake (sauted with butter) over mesculin greens with marie's balsmaic vinagrette. i also sauted an ear of corn (cut off cob) in olive oil, salt and pepper and then sprinkled parmesan cheese over the salad.
YUM and SUPER easy!!

The boys had homemade Pasta Fagiole, salad and delivery pizza. I was out running around. I came home and made them grilled peaches for dessert.

I put leftover balsamic chicken chicken over salad with dried cranberries, goat cheese and a zinfandel dressing. I made garlic parmesan cresent rolls and mozzerella sticks also. Pretty yummy!

My parents had so many eggplants in their garden, so my mom made spaghetti and eggplant parm. and packed up a tray for me to bring home after work. It was delicious!

Thai noodles in peanut sauce thanks to mrsPorkchop for the recipe .. it's one of my DH's favorite dishes.
I like to hear what everyone is making for dinner.. We should all share on a daily basis

I made Angel Hair pasta tossed with Roasted Garlic and olive oil...and garlic bread for the hubby...topped with a nice bottle of Chianti
