Definitely a trend. My friends said flat out that they're not getting me anything related to breast feeding.

people get weirded out by that kind of stuff, even if they totally support breastfeeding. I breastfed DD and won't buy anybody breast feeding equipment and wont' register for any of it.

yeah, I figured that too... but I AM a bit surprised that even the nursing cover is considered to be in that 'wierd' category! After all, it's only a piece of cloth with a neck strap and a wire
It's amusing to me.....
