If we didn't have the original boxes saved, we wrapped them in large garbage bags and taped it shut to keep bugs and dust out.

That's what we plan to do....then we'll just stick them in our attic space!

We removed all batteries and then packed the larger items in clear drum liners like below: (we bought the longest ones we could find so they could hold the large FP swing.)
We also use large clear totes for smaller toys/items.

I just put my stuff in the basement however I did remove the batteries and the cloth seats. When it was time to pull them out I just wiped them down w/ some 409 and threw the seats in the was or hand washed w/ dreft and they were ready to be used

I took all the fabric off the gear (bouncer seat, swing chair), washed and dried it thoroughly and stored it in clear rubbermaid totes with other fabric items.
I didn't put the gear into anything special. I did take the batteries out of the gear too.

I saved every single box and just took it apart and put it right back in, ( cleaned it and removed all batteries)

Same thing. As Andy finishes with things I've been lending them out as it will be a while if we decide to have another one.
