I guess I am.  I am getting nervous. I go to the doctor on Friday. Both babies are head down and ready to go. I am patiently waiting.
I started to get really bad swelling on my ankles. Does that mean the end is near. No other symptoms though...

I'm so excited for the both of you!! You have no idea how blessed you'll feel with TWO babies at once!! It's a real miracle.
Swelling at this stage is normal... mine started at 20 weeks - a story for another day! I'm sure your OB will check for protein in urine and other symptoms to rule out preeclampsia.
They'll be here before you know it!! Enjoy the excitement.
