so winter has officially begun in my house- ped visits have started

last winter, i was by the ped literally every 2 weeks. had 2 under 2. i wasw hoping this winter woudl be better. seems like i get no such luck. 15 has a double ear infection with a nasty cold, and 3 yo has a cold/cough/fever that ped thinks may be the flu. i was planning on doing flu shots in next week or so, and i thought that was early. and to top it all off, i got a ticket for expired inspection today.
