so yeah...I really DO bring the rain..and the showers
my friends threw me my "surprise" friend shower on Saturday.
they ALMOST had me too...except for a small flub by another friend on Friday night that gave it away (you may want to delay your return from DC, Carlos  )
but it was great. they threw a brunch at a Colombian joint near our apt. the food was delicioso. there was mojitos, sangria..and a passion fruit mimosa for the preggo 
we got even more presents...all the warm snuggly stuff this child could possibly want..and even a few things for mama (wahoo Sephora)
and, there was royalty in attendance (Gossipe Queen) and the dirtiest of blondes (dirtyblonde)...which REALLY made my day to see them there.
I do think it funny that Saturday also had ****** weather...but this time, the showers were the perfect way to spend the day.
I honestly don't know what I would do without my friends sometimes. I am truly truly blessed.
and of course, my beloved Bomb. he tried SO HARD to keep the ruse and the secret up. he makes lovin' fun. 
I may have picks later...I also cut off the majority of my hair on Saturday morning. hopefully it's an "anti" mom cut.
