So you think RE prices are insane in NY??

hmm, just read your first post again - the article I saw said it was going for $335k...which comes to $4,300/ sq ft AND there's no electricity which will cost the new owner an additional $59k to get the apartment to liveable standards.

so at this price it would be $3,350 a sq foot not much better
