Socks That Actually Stay On An Infant's Feet?
Her socks just won't stay on. Anyone know of a particular brand that will stay on? I saw Carter's has "wiggleproof" ones, but I didn't know if it was just a gimmick.

oh oh oh! something I can definately help you with. YES!! Those Carters ones are GREAT - they are the only ones that stayed on DD last year. (I think they said "kick proof" but that was last year, maybe they are wiggle proof now I tried like 10 different brands last year until I found those...DD couldnt get them off. Buy a bunch!

Re: Socks That Actually Stay On An Infant's Feet?
I would love to know as well. I have such trouble keeping socks on Taylor, they are slipping or completely off not too long after I put them on. I am afraid of tight socks though b/c my aunt was lecturing me once about putting socks on her and I had a pair that didn't look tight but left a red mark on her leg that is finally really starting to fade...and this happened about 3 months ago now.

I found that socks from Janie and Jack stay on pretty well, but they are a little pricey for socks in my opinion ($7.00 each)...I have had no luck with the gap ones...they slide off within minutes!

Carters has the little elastic ones that have the balls on the top edge that folds over.....I dont' know if I can find a picture - but they are the only ones that stay on Lily's skinny little feet!

That's what I have and they are always falling off. I guess it depends on your baby's feet!

The Children's Place has some really good ones. I also got a pack at Buy Buy Baby that look like the ones from Children's Place. Both stay on DD's feet really well.
The ones from CP come in a variety of colors. Link to Children's Place socks (booties)

Re: Socks That Actually Stay On An Infant's Feet?
Hanna Andersson's Baby's First Socks. They are the ONLY socks that stay on my DS's feet. Unfortunately, gap and children's place don't work for him. The heels always end up in the middle of his foot.

Target -- great little terry-cloth like socks, they come 2 pairs to a pack and cost about $3.00. Theya re the only ones that I have found to stay on -- granted I haven't tried everything yet...

I've tried Gap, Old Navy, Denny's and Carters - the only ones that stayed on DD's feet were Carters - and they were the cheapest too!

I'll let you know tomorrow, my mom just bought these for DS yesterday.
I HATE Gerbers socks, DS can kick them off in 12 seconds flat.
Gap socks stay on DS' feet though.

I got these at BRU too, they were great when he was tiny up until about 2 weeks ago or so.

Re: Socks That Actually Stay On An Infant's Feet?
Definitely seems to depend on the child and their feet.
DS wears Old Navy and we never have a problem.
