"Soft" Stomach after Kids
I have 2 kids and while I have been doing crunches and they have really helped me lose my sides and stomach, I still have that little bit of soft in the middle. Wondered if anyone knew a good exercise to really tighten that spot up as everything else is tighening but that!! Thanks!

Lay flat on the floor on your back and stick your hands (palms down) underneath your butt or lower back. Raise your feet a few inches off the floor and hold.

I will have to try that tommorow. I am very pleased with the progress of the crunches but it is just that one spot!! Thanks!

No problem. After 2 years, I still have that soft spot that runs down the middle. That's where the ab muscles seperated. I'm not sure if it goes back...
