Some ?
How do you differentiate instruction in your classroom?
What do you do if a student is constantly disruptive? (older 5, 6th grade)?
What are some ways to document student progress?
What are some ways you teach writing? Or how do you help a struggling writer?
How do you motivate your kids?
How do you handle an angry parent?
What would you do for a gifted student?
Answer one or answer as many as you want! I want to see if my answers fit with some veteran/new teachers out there. Thank you so much!!!!

Re: Some ?
differentiating instruction means you develop your curriculum in different ways to accomdate different learners. This is easier in projects. Like your hands on learners might create a poster or diagram, your students who work well with computers might create an online project, webquest etc, and so on....
document student progress - assessments. I know in our math program we assess them on different goals at the end of every unit and some goals repeat. you can see how at spet they were unable to do something they can do months later. ALso create a portfolio of students work from the begin of the year to the end. so you can see growth.
