Last week, we put down a hundred dollar deposit on something and were told that if we cancelled, we would be refunded the hundred dollars. Great. So we did in fact cancel our order. I called to cancel and was told that they would refund our money. I always check our credit card on line and the company STILL HASN'T REFUNDED THE MONEY. Every store posts a refund if not that day, then the next day. I called the credit card company and was told they have 30 days, but to keep the money that long before refunding it is pretty lame in my opinion. And we will get the money back, but I don't understand how they can get away with doing that. Chat Icon
