Some recreuiters annoy me

first they call at work. they do business with my company. he sais not to say anything, he tells me he has an interview for me(that was wed). yesterday about 9 he calls my cell. i didn't have it on yet since i was at the gym. he said he'll call me tomorrow(meaning today) with all the info. i turn my phone on today since i had to be evacuate out of the building at work. he calls me at 7:30am and tells me to call back. i leave him a message to please call me. i even called me when i was on lunch still no answer. i have an interview tuesday and i have no idea where it is. he never even gave me a chance to ask about the company or salary
