somebody force me to stop looking up....
miscarriage rates for moms in their mid thirties online
I swear I'm driving myself nuts!
Did any of you go crazy over these things after getting your BFP? How did you stop focusing on these negative things?

Yeah and once I got over 1 thing to hyper-focus on & worry about, I found something else My OB says that "pregnancy is a process that's supposed to go right" & I try to remind myself of that. I have 4 weeks left- that, according to my mom, is when the real worrying will start. Maybe the worries of pregnancy are nature's way of getting us used to worrying?

Just try focusing on that little life growing inside of you, do what you can to eat right, drink plenty of water and just try to enjoy every second of it without letting the negative stuff interfere. This is the happiest time in your life - don't let any fears take away from that or sidetrack you!!!
