Someone I graduated high school with...
... just passed away. She was only 38 - breast cancer. We were casual friends, took the same bus to school. It just seems so unbelieveable - she was so young. And she leaves behind a young son.

these things are always sad to hear.
A girl that I went to HS with (and then worked with for a summer after HS) was killed by her husband who then killed himself. They left behind a little girl.

It's so sad. We've lost a few from my high school from car accidents & a bar fight. Horrible.
