Someone (not me) put a 'moved, no forwarding address' code on my mail delivery
I guess there's no way for me to get to the bottom of this, is there? I have an idea of who would do something like this, but I"ll never be able to really prove it, will I?

It can be done on the internet now. You just have to click a button that pretty much says "I swear I am this person who lives at this address" and then you're done.
So, that's why I think I'll never be able to prove who did it.

Isn't there an IP address linked to every computer though? If that person used their own personal computer then you would probably be able to catch them. Sorry someone did this to you!!!

If you change your address on the USPS website you have to pay by credit card, it costs $1 for each name, per address, so they must have a record of it. I was under the impression that it is an offence in this country to mess with someones mail? Sorry this happened to you

I agree. And if it was lets say a public computer they usually make you sign in to use them. Im sure there is something legally thatcan be done
