A suspicious package has been found at LaGuardia Airport in New York City, according to Bloomberg News.
An email from Steve Coleman, a spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, says that central terminal building was evacuated.
Coleman says that Port Authority Police Department’s Emergency Services Unit and the New York City Police Department’s bomb squad are now on the scene.
Multiple reports on Twitter confirm the terminal has been evacuated. Pictures show crowds waiting outside the terminal:

I live walking distance to LGA and have been hearing helicopters flying overhead for about a half hour.

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Police have given the all clear at the Central Terminal at LaGuardia Airport after a suspicious device was identified.
Sources tell Eyewitness News an electrical device was found at a phone booth on the upper level departure of Terminal B, known as central terminal.
Sources add next to the bag is a substance that looks like marijuana.
The source adds wires appear to be coming from the bag.
There are multiple airlines located at this terminal.
Pictures were pouring in on Social Media of passengers exiting the terminal.
