someone please tellme they are having problems wiht snapfish as well..
i recently recived an email saying i needed to order prints by 8/29 to keep my account active. I went to log in troday to order prints and its telling me i have no account HELP i dont want to have lost all my pictures.
I have my pictureson my computer i can reload them to snapfish but stillwhat a pain.
I cant find a number to call its live help and i get this message all operators are busty so instead of being puton hold on teh phjone i am on hold on teh computer! AHH

I was able to log in and add stuff to my cart. As I said, last week, I had major issues. My MIL tried placing an order from her computer (30 miles away) and couldn't so I had to log in. She couldn't add borders but I could. Finally, after a few hours, I kept getting an error message. Around 11:15 at night was I finally able to put the order through.
BTW, if you do get through, use the coupon code THANKS. it should (should) give you 20% off.
