Someone stole my mother!

We have several people we know that just had babies. Three of them have just asked my mom if she would watch their baby.
She decided to take the one that wants her to watch her 2 month old. The mom told my mother that she can take the baby on any errands she wants, shopping, etc. It's actually a pretty tricky move on her part since knowing my mom will actually do this woman's shopping for her.

I'm going to have to instruct my kids that they can only get sick on 2 days of the week from now on and do my own shopping after 9pm.

I didn't know moms were such hot commodities.

Im sure you'll adjust to a routine and the baby will become part of the little circle.
Its amazing how you get attached to a child you babysit. My mom babysat several children and the last one (we were all older -working,college and my grandma had just passed away) so she was almost a little blessing in disguise coming at such a perfect time in my mothers life. She's now part of my family. She was in all of our bridal parties, etc.

I know thats prob not what you wanted to hear Im sure this will make your mom miss you guys though and make the time with her so much more fun !!

Oh, man- I am so afraid of that. My mom is so convenient and good with DD. Now, how am I going to keep her a secret from other moms....
