Something cute my little cousin said about pregnancy
So my mom took DS to his Great Great Aunt's house yesterday for a visit because she was asking about him. My 4th cousin, who is very cute and animated was there, she is only 3 years old.
This past July we went to Jamaica, a large group of family went, including extended family, and this little girl had a ball with DS. She wanted to do everything he did.
So anyway, they are all going on another family trip in March, but we can't go obviously. So the little girl starts talking to B telling him all the things they are going to do on vacation. My mom interrupts and says, "Oh no honey, B is not going on vacation with us this time." She gets a big sour face on and says, "But whyyyy?" So my mom tells her, "Because his mommy is going to have another baby soon."
So she is quiet thinking....and replies with a lot of animation in her face, "MAYBE she'll have a boy or a girl!!!!" My mom laughs and says, "Probably." The little girl thinks a little more, and says, "MAYBE she'll have TWINS!!!!" while holding 2 fingers up.
My mom replied, "Well, I'll pass on the message to her."
Just so cute to see how little kids think. And that my mother is not the only one hoping that there is another baby 'hiding' behind the one we know is there.
