Something Fun To Do On Christmas Eve?
We have no family here and will be sans Emma, so anyone know of anything 9 year old friendly to do on Christmas Eve?

Have you thought about going into Manhattan and seeing the tree? You can also go to all the stores on 5th ave. like the NBA store and FAO Schwatrz. I would imagine it will not be busy there on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I know that often growing up my step-dad would drive through Manhattan on Christmas Day to get to New Jersey and it it was empty.

I'm not sure our neighbors want their windows cracked from my lovely falsetto (sp?) Sometimes I pretend to sing at Music Together so I don't scare the other parents
