Something to do
I might take next Monday off since the kids are off school. Does anyone have any ideas on anything at all to do?
I’m concerned the Bronx zoo and apple picking will be crowded. We’ve done the other zoos - queens was empty and was nice to walk around.
Any other ideas? I’m more on the cautious side, so it would have to be outdoors.

Re: Something to do
Not sure how old your kids are but do they enjoy hiking? There are a lot of places to hike on Long Island and even the Westchester and north area . You can hike out to the Fire Island light house from Robert Moses beach, there are state parks that have trails, etc.
I would imagine that would be less busy/crowded than the pumpkin/apple thing etc.

Fire island hike might be cool. I will look into details. Thanks!
It’s going to be a looooong winter when it’s hard to get outside.
