I've never seen her work so hard in the 2 years she is here.
She comes in early, stays late and is working hard.

Bahhaaa!
She must have been told shape up or ship out. She is really taking her job seriously now. I know one of her managers talked to her and then told him about their conversation. Found out he was pizzed big time. She is overcompensating a bit and still makes dumb comments and mistakes but it's way better than it was before.
And she wants to talk to me less. She is just busy for chit chat.

Yeah, that's really where it lies.
I was sure by now it would all break down but I think she was really told her job depends on it. Otherwise she would just go back to her ways.
And her main boss is being all business with her.
I don't care what might be going on personally with them but I'm glad that she is actually doing her job and not taking advantage.
Her team was depending on me and other admins when she was "unavailable".

Same as before. Still holding up her end of the bargain and managers are noticing.
She's still stupid though. At least she's doing a better job.
I think I will hide her chanel bag that she leaves on the visitor couch (open) next time.

Well mostly it's where our clients and vistors sit and wait for meetings to commence. Personal property doesn't belong on it, let alone something of value with valuable contents that if stolen would create a security issue. That and because that couch has become part of her personal space where she parks her gym clothes and bags from shopping.

I would hide it in her desk or under it. Freaking her out even for a minute would make her think twice about it again.
She locks up her boxing gloves for kick boxing in the communal cabinet but leaves her chanel bag in plain sight open.
No, not kidding. It would be an act of kindness and concern.
