Sometimes I think my cat is part human

Both of my cats are super affectionate- more like dogs actually.
I have never had cats like this in my life!

But my female- she is just a mush ball.
She will aggresively push her head into your to get petted, she wants to sit on your lap all the time, lay on you, always wants kisses, etc

She just popped her head up from the kitchen chair she was sleeping on- looked at me sitting on a chair across from her- and walked across the table to me.
She then proceed to put her head on my shoulder. And just leave it there. Like just resting on my shoulder.

I looked at her like- really? Are you part human?

I just can't take how much I love these little furry mushes!

I love that.
My female is a super mush too, but not with DH.
She loves to be touched.
She likes to snuggle and use my ta-ta's as her pillow.
My male never did that, slept pressed up against my hip or in the crook of my knees.

Our cat is exactly like that!! She always needs to be touching us in some way. Now that I'm pregnant and she's running out of room to lay with me on the couch, so goes by my head and puts her paw in my hair

I never realized how awesome cats where till we adopted my sister in laws 2 cats. I cant imagine life without them now. <3

My kitties always want to hug. The girl kitty loves DH. The look on her face when he comes in the room is priceless. My boy kitty just wants to hug me. He puts his paws on my shoulders and physically hugs me.

I talk to my cats like they're humans........ I think you may be onto something because I think mine are human too!


Cats are the best. I get nervous around people who claim to hate cats. I just chalk it up to never meeting a cat they like. You can't actually get to KNOW a cat and still say you hate them. When I first met my dh he actually hated cats and now he loves them and we have 4

I Lovvvvvvve cats. Mine is my bff. DH and I grew up w cats so there are cat lovers in our families. Our cat greets us at the door, looks for attention, looks for his friends (outdoor cats) to come visit & playful. I always feel.when he meows, he is trying to tell us something specific. Also, he goes crazy when there is a storm coming. Whenever I bake or grill seafood, he begs for some.

Our lil girl is the same way. She greets us at the door and purrs and rubs our legs until we pick her up and give her kisses. If I'm sitting at kitchen table, she'll jump up onto another stool and then come onto my lap and just collapse. She also plays fetch with her little mousy toys. She loves DH too and will sit on his lap while he's at his desk. She waits for her "naked hug" every morning outside the bathroom door...after DH gets out of shower with towel around his waist he has to pick her up and give her hugs . Even though she loves him, she really only sleeps on me...either on my chest or in the crook of my knees if I'm on my side

ETA: I was never a cat person but DH has always liked cats, had several growing up. Ever since we adopted her as a kitten I can't get enough!

My boys are major headbutters. They both love to snuggle with us and with each other.

My parents have a cat who is single handedly capable of making people hate cats. She's so mean and nasty... so I'm well versed in how cats CAN be.

But we lucked out with ours -- so loving.

Mine is def a dog! We always say dont cats hide when people come over? Mine comes out and makes friends with anyone who enters the door
