Soo I decided to just go ahead and open the carseat...
And now I am terrified! I read the instructions and I have NO IDEA how to install this crazy thing! I know my vehicle has latch.. but, who knows where... And The belts were all so confusing. I am terrified to install it wrong and hurt the baby!!! ACK
Thank God the police will check it out for you!
But, I did manage to work the buckles correctly 
BTW: Daisy is very upset by it and has been barking at for 5 minutes.. great.  Image Attachment(s):

You actually don't even need to install it yourself, they will do it all for you!

There are places that are certified and they install the carseats for free. I will post the link for you. You type in your zip and it will tell you places to go.

You do? I don't even remember where I got him! But, I love him!! It might have been New Hampshire. He sits on our bookshelf and covers the plugs and wires that come from the stereo and cable box that we keep there.
As soon as put Mr. Moose in the carseat Daisy started barking like crazy!!!

Here are the "Cliff Notes": you can find the latch anchors on your seat by looking for little plastic "buttons" located down where the back of the seat meets the seat part of the seat. When you see this little button, just slip your fingers between the pads and the anchor should be right there. With the Britax seat it is as simple as finding that anchor and then pushing the clip onto the anchor. Then you kneel in the seat of the carseat and pull the belt as tight as you can get it. I def. recommend going somewhere to have it done the first time, and they will show you exactly what to do.
