Sooo annoyed!!!
I ordered the furniture back in February for the baby room.... And they said it would be in by the end of March... The first time I called them they said we only have the dresser we are waiting on the armoir and crib.... i said fine that was the last week of march.... i called back the next week they said sorry we still dont have the other parts.... Called last week and they said we now have the crib and the dresser.... But no armoir. I told them I was due in 3 weeks and can they deliever just part of the order so I could have the crib.... they said NO they only deliver the whole order!!! I am soo worried now that the baby room will not be ready now.

Did you speak to a manager?!?!? I think if I were in your shoes, my tone would be telling them how annoyed I am and that furniture was needed ASAP!

Is this Behr's?? Because that's the same problem I am having with them! Everything is in but the hutch... and every week, they tell me "next week"... HELLLOOO i'm 38 weeks pregnant!... none the less, I feel your pain!

You guys should demand for a discount. PBK was very late with our delivery too and they offered a 15% discount b/c we were so upset. We were very surprised, but they royally screwed up and the offer really did make up for their inconvenience.

so nice to see that nothing has changed with them in over 13 years!!!!
A girlfriend of mine and myself had the same issue with them that long ago...what annoyed me the most was that they really didnt seem to care one way or the other..
I the same type of problem with Levitz a couple of years back BUT at least they would deliver part of the order at a time...
the reason behrs wont deliver is b/c they would be out the extra delivery fee...personally I think they should EAT it to keep the customer happy.

I would DEMAND the order to be delivered partially. You are not responsible for the lateness of the delivery, THEY ARE.
