Re: sOOO sleepy
I am with ya!!! I am exhausted!! I blew my head at DH last night!!!
I am having my mother come over and take them out today just so that I can get some sleep. From 12:30-7:30am, I got a total of 2 hrs sleep.
One thing you have to remember is that with Breast feeding the baby feeds more often! We have begun to use formula, because I just can't keep up!
From what I have heard, 12 weeks seems to be the turning point for many babies. Also, are her days and nights still confused? I try to keep mine up during the day so that hopefully, they will sleep better at night!

Re: sOOO sleepy
It WILL get better, but it may take a little longer, sorry
Does your baby have days/nights mixed up still? If so, baby should get that straightened out in a little bit, hopefully. And the BF is tough, I completely understand...it will get better though. Just try, try, try to nap when baby naps, EVERY time, forget laundry, dishes, everything else! And scary as it is, your body will start to get used to the sleep-deprivation, or at least mine did. It made me cooky though, but I did adjust.
It WILL get better

Believe me- it will get better. DC will et days/nights igured out, and most importantly, you'll get used to it.....
I can't belive I'm saying this, but I haven't had a full nights sleep since June 14th- and I am fully able to function during the day.

Re: sOOO sleepy
thanks. i think she's better with the day/night confusion but she is up every 2 hours like clockwork, screaming to be fed, then it takes forever to burp, change her etc... so every 2 hours we are up with her for about 2 hours and then she fusses and wants to be rocked to sleep.

That will get better. I admit it though- I didn't change her at every feeding through the night (just loaded up on the diaper ointment).
Slowly she'll start going longer trough the night w/o a feeding......

Can't tell you when it will but for your sake I hope it happens soon. DD will be 3 months and she still doesn't sleep through the night. I think my body has adjusted to it. I think we ALL can relate to how you feel. I remember posting about this as well, and everyone telling me it will get better and...it does. Try to sleep when she sleeps..and hang in there.
