soooo frustrated.....

Ok so they had up'd my clomid again and I went in for a sono today. Follicle check #1million... sono revelead only one dominant follicle on left side but not big enough! Only measured 12mm :( Dr has officially thrown in the towel and passed me off to RE. I really don't know how much more of this I can stand!!!

I know you're frustrated, but seeing an RE is a step in the right direction.  When I was first referred to an RE it made me feel more "broken" and like I was too big of a problem for the OB/GYN to handle.  I actually cried when I called the RE to make the appointment for my consult. 

Then I got there and felt GREAT.  Like I was finally doing something to take control of my destiny.  I also felt at home there instantly - like in that office I was just a regular patient, not someone with insurmountable problems.  I was just like everyone else in the waiting room. 

Also, Clomid did nothing for me.  I was on it for two months and it served only to make me extra b!tchy.  Did nothing for my follie production. The RE put me on injectables after two months of Clomid.  I did great on the injectables and became a champion follicle maker.  Don't lose hope and if you need to talk, feel free to FM me. 

As for my battle with IF, it temporarily ended with the birth of my daughter two weeks ago.    Good luck to you.

thanks for your help. I do feel broken. I actually said that to the receptionist today as I left with my records for the RE. "ok well me and my broken ovaries will be on our way now :(" what RE did u use if you dont mind me asking. My gut feeling was that this clomid crap wasnt going to do it for me so I was trying to be pro active and made an appt with RS of NY in advance so luckily I get to see Dr Stelling tomo. I just hope he has some good news for me. They believe that I have PCOS or whatever it is called also so I am really worried. More importantly CONGRATULATIONS on your beautiful daughter she looks just perfect. God Bless!

Your RE will know how to take care of you. It's definitely upsetting at first but you will soon realize you are doing the right thing and moving forward. Best of luck to you
