Sore spot on belly after delivery?
Anyone have this? I just gave birth 2 weeks ago and I've noticed I have this sore spot just to the right on my belly button. I don't remember any soreness or tenderness in my belly after having my first son. I had a vaginal delivery both times. This time, my son was much bigger (9lbs3oz- as opposed to my first, who was 7lbs12oz) and I felt like the skin on my belly got stretched to its absolute maximum! This soreness/tenderness is at its worst when I first get up in the morning. It's nothing crazy, but enough to notice. After I'm up for an hour or so, I only feel it if I press on the spot or lean against it or something. Anyone else experience anything like this?

I had the same thing after my third delivery. Doctor did not diagnose it for a while but the discomfort was there turned out to be a clot and it was diagnosed once it grew. I would contact your OB and see if they can do a ultrasound. Hopefully its nothing.

I did but I know what it was from. After delivery the doctors were pushing hard on my belly to get the placenta/ after burgh out. I even had small bruises from it. Could this be it?

I don't think so. I had an easy delivery and from what I remember, the placenta came out pretty easily too.
