Sore throat and...
swollen glands...how do i know if I need to get antibiotics?

You need to go to a doc and get a throat culture.
Try and gargle with warm salt water.

Get to the dr. I had this a week ago and had a sinus infection and tonsillitis. feel better!

Thanks girls!
I called my old doctor in NY who doesnt know I moved and told him i was traveling and he perscribed the ZPack.
So that worked out...i really need to get myself some docs down here.
Let's just say I hope my friend doesnt get what I got!
