Sorry - another question - progesterone?
Um...What is the deal with these suppositories? The ones that look like capsules, not "real" suppositories?
I'm supposed to start them today - 4 times a day. I did the first one this morning...how the heck do you get this thing in before it melts??? Please tell me that with practice it will get better! I think half of it came out later on when I peed!! TMI - I know!! I'm sorry!!
I know these are important, but I'm feeling like a total spaz and worried I'm not getting them in right. I think I'd prefer "real" suppositories...any advice???

for some reason those suppositories have a lot of "residue" issues. I asked for an applicator and found it a bit easier to deal with.
Good luck!

Someone else posted on Endometrin, which is more a pill type. I asked about it before I started stim and still haven't gotten an answer but I would prefer to use them, they are more of a pill (you put up there). But I haven't done any of the suppositories yet. GL!!!!

I think it's easier to lay down when putting in the "pill-type" suppositories. If you kind of "feel" where you're going to be putting it first, I think that helps. Try to push it up as far as you can...I know that they can be a little slippery. Good luck!
