sorry - think i have preggo brain
does fertilization occur exactly on the day you think you ovulated? I got a OPK surge on 1/20 so i'm assuming i o'd on 1/21 - when would my conception/fertilization day be? 1/21 - right? thank you!!!

Could be but not necessarily.
You can ovulate 12-48 hours after the OPK. So it's just an estimate.
You can try to do a calendar based on both the LMP and ovulation. It should be about the same DD or so.
