Sorry about TMI--Should I call the doctor?

Sorry about TMI--Should I call the doctor?
I had diarrea Mon and Tues really bad and ended up dehydrated and had to go to the hospital for IV fluids. My stomach was better Wed and Thurs I didnt get sick at all, just felt really run down. Now today its back! Do you think I should call the doctor or just wait it out and see how I feel tomorrow? They said if I had it for more than 24 hours to call them...but it went away for 2 days and now is back again. What should I do??

I'd call the doc. You dont want to get to the point of dehydration again and have another hospital visit. Feel better.

I would call the doctor too... but I'm always a worrywart.
