sorry if this is a dumb question (sort of politics related)
We're about to move from Queens to Riverhead.
How do I find out who our Congress-person and other political persons are for our area?
And how do I find out if any are up for election/re-election in the near future?

For a political party: you can check their websites for local contact info
For local: you can contact the township. They usually have all the people's name on their website
For school: school district

State Officials (Senators & Assembly Members) are up for reelection in even years as are your Congressional reps.
