Sorry Tmi but i am a little concerned
I went to the bathroom before and when I had a Bowel movement there was blood in it Do I need to be concerned?

Yes, you should be concerned. Make an appointment to see a doctor. It might not be that serious, but you definitely should get it checked out.

It depends...if it was a LOT or it keeps happening...then yes.
Sometimes blood vessels can break if you push to hard, so it could just be that.

See if it happens again. Is your tush sore, itchy? Sorry TMI, but it could be a hemmoroid internal or external. Give it a few days. In the shower use a warm washcloth on your butt. Better yet, sit in a bath for 15 minutes.
Don't panic. Most likely if you pushed you popped a vessel. You can do it without knowing you did it.
If it happens again, call the doc.

It sounds like an internal hemeroid. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but if it would make you feel better just call your dr. He probably won't even bother having you come to the office.

You're welcome. And don't use Prep H or any of those creams..hold off to see what happens.
Oh and don't push! Get some more fiber or take a fiber supplement to help with that.

It could be a fissure, which is just a tearing. It happens when you're constipated and try and push--you tear the skin. This happened to me a few years ago, but I *immediately* called my doctor and had an exam to be sure. It will happen from time to time if I don't take enough fiber. So yes--call!

I had both a fissure (from taking diet pills) and hemmoroids (after giving birth) and both can definitely cause bleeding. I hope you called a doctor.
