sorry TMI but kinda need to know if...

I should call my ob and go out in this nasty weather with the babies.. my right nipple is like on fire all morning so far.. ( no there has been no hanky panky going on.. mad at dh so nothing for at least a week) the very very center looks a little more red and swollen the the rest (more than the other side too) I dont know if its because its a little colder in my house today... the other side isnt like this... is this normal?? can anyone offer advice... sorry i know TMI but i dont know.

I agree with Steph about not forgeting to moisturize, but they way you are describing it seems like it could be something else. Feel better
