sort of spin off - did your dc stay on the same growth curve as they got older?
Tell us birth weight, birth length Current age, weight, length/height
I have a very tall baby, DH is average height, and I'm short. Wondering if DS will be a tall toddler too.
at birth 8lbs 22" at 3m 16lbs 26"
pretty much on his own curve, growing faster than the curve. he started at 50% weight 90% height, now he's 75% weight and over 99% height.
eta: just to clarify

DS is 21 months old, sees the ped every 3 months. He has always, always been 75th percentile for height and 50th for weight.

my DS was 5% at birth (ht and wt) then went to 50%wt, 95% ht for the longest time. at his 18 month well check his hight was 80% and weight was 15% so he has changed a lot. I'll see how he is at his 2 yr

My DD is 21 months old. She fluctuates on the percentiles chart but her height and weight are always inline with one another. She was 50th percentile, then 75th percentile, then 95th percentile, and now she has dropped back down to the 75th percentile.

Sash is usually about the same at 16 months... Usually around 75 to 85% for height, and 45 to 55% for weight.

Re: sort of spin off - did your dc stay on the same growth curve as they got older?
DS hasn't stayed on the same curve. He was 8 lbs 1 oz and 20 inches at birth. At 2 months he was in the 75th percentile for weight and 25th for height. He has always been on the shorter side. At one point, he got up to the 40th percentile for height, but now he's at the 5th percentile at 18 months. He started out chunky, but then kept dropping into lower percentiles for weight. Now, he's in the 20th percentile for weight.

DS was 8 lbs 7 oz at birth. He was in the 90th percentile for weight, height etc until he reached appox 9 months when he slowed down a ton. He is now 18 months and only in the 30th percentile for everything.

Re: sort of spin off - did your dc stay on the same growth curve as they got older?
Robbie and Noah were both born around the 100th percentile (I think over) - Robbie remained over the 100th percentile until he was about a year.. then he started to slim out and was 100th for height and 75th or so for weight. It continued to come down and now he is around 80th for height, 50th for weight.
Noah had a dramatic drop before he even hit a year. He went from 100th percentile to 50th for height and weight before he was a year. He's now around 25th percentile for both height and weight.

DS was average at birth, got very big very quickly and was 90th+ percentiles until his 9m appt.
Now he's delightfully average! 10m and approx 25lbs.

Nope...DD has "evened" out. She just turned 4. When she was born until about age 2 she was always like 25% in weight and 85% in height. Now...at age 4...she is about 50% wright and 70% height.

DD #1 has always been 75% for height and 90% for weight
DD#2 was maintaining 50% height and 75% for weight until her last visit in which she droped to 60% for weight.

Re: sort of spin off - did your dc stay on the same growth curve as they got older?
DS was tiny when he was born - only about 5% for weight and 25% for height. Then he kind of evened out to about 25% for weight and 50% for height. Around his two year, he shot up to 50% for weight and 75%-90% for height and he was steady around there for the next couple years. He just went for his 5 yr appt and he is off the charts for height and about 75% for weight.
