Sort of spinoff-If your DH travels INTERNATIONALLY for business., when did you tell him to stay "grounded"?
My DH does international treasury work and he is in Europe 4-5 times a year for about a week at a time.
He wasn't working internationally for DD's birth so there was no worry, but he switched from US to Int'l shortly after DD was born.
I know he has a few things he has to "take care of" overseas but he sets the schedule. We have been talking about a fair time to be "grounded"
For someone who travels internationally, with really NO chance of getting back for a birth (unless it is another labor like DD), how many weeks along would be fair to stay STOP traveling?

My DH travels internationally for business. He stopped around October 1 when I was pregnant with DS #1, who was due November 12, but wasn't born until November 25.
With this one, I think early May is going to be the latest he will travel. I am due June 22, but having a scheduled c-section at 39 weeks.

eta. to say this is our first...I just felt better having him here for the last 10 weeks or so

I would say by around 32 weeks, I wouldn't have wanted my husband that far away.

My 2nd pregnancy DH had to do alot of travel. Domestic and International. I was due the middle of August, and he told his boss that June would be the cutoff for travel for him.
