SO's kids are here!!!! woo hoo!!!! now, a cooking question
what do i need to know when making meals for so many more people??????
i'm going from feeding three people to feeding 7.
what are any tips/tricks/ideas i need to know?

prep prep prep.
If you have the time, prep as much beforehand.
For example, if you are home tonight and are going to cook dinner tomorrow, measure, chop and store your ingredients tonight.
If you are going to prep & cook at the same time ... look at your recipe and prep as many ingredients BEFORE you turn on the pan. That way you can chat/cook without losing your place or your confidence.

you have no idea how worried about this, i've been
i've been stockpiling food for about a month! you can't even see the lightbulb in my freezer 
i even have food in the stairwell to the attic
