soup recommendation
I need some premade/canned/boxed soup ideas that are easy to prepare (just add water type) I like to eat soup for lunch at work because it is filling and less calories than eatiing other lunch options. Any ideas/suggestions??
TIA

Re: soup recommendation
Trader Joes has a great organic boxed tomato soup. You just have to heat it up

Campbell's Select (comes in a little soup box). I like the tomato basil and roasted red pepper.

Amy's Organic low sodium lentil soup. Its so good. all their soups are good, but I like this one due to the low sodium. I scoop it up with some crackers.

Re: soup recommendation
be careful eating pre-packaged soups every day for lunch... you'll be eating almost double your recommended daily intake of salt, unless you carefully screen out the worst offenders!
(my favorite worst offender is trader joes frozen onion soup.... complete with bread and cheese )

I love progresso minestrone and lentil in the microwavable can. So great for in a rush food.
